One of the best gyms in TO for boxing as well as Muay Thai and Kickboxing, haven’t tried the latter yet. Been member for 2 years now and the amount of knowledge from Paul and Shawn is incredible. Always a great workout for all levels.

Been training with Paul for several years now. He's a great coach - the workout is fun, hard and never routine. He's done a fabulous job making the facility inviting for all.
Great group of instructors who are super supportive and helpful. The clients who attend the classes are also very friendly and approachable. The location is very convenient, just steps away from the Yonge-Bloor TTC station. This gym is a great place to get in a solid workout, have fun and make new friends!
I am a beginner. Great instructors, Jeremy and Al were fantastic. You will get a great workout! Owner was a bit irritated by newbies, especially like me and my friends who can't put hand wrappings on by ourselves...
