Elements of Fitness is a private studio managed by a personal trainer named Christina, and she is easily the most thoughtful, professional, and intelligent trainer that I've ever met. I was in a rut with my physical health, but she worked with me three days a week for a summer and helped me build a foundation that's gotten me far.

Christina, owner and personal trainer is excellent. I have been going to her for many years. She is very knowledgeable and attuned to your body and its needs. I highly recommend her. Liz

Friendly and wonderful staff. I have been getting my massages from Lise for several years now and I feel relaxed and rejuvenated after each session. Highly recommended!
