River Deck

Literally the best meal I've ever eaten. I ordered the scallops as my entree. It had scallops, potatoes, mushrooms, and a parsnip puree. Each ingredient of the dish was prepared with care and tasted better than any other way I have experienced them before. No doubt the best chef in the area. The prices are higher than other places around, because simply put, the food is infinitely better. I very highly recommend going here for dinner sometime​. You will not regret it.

Wonderful atmosphere on a large and warm Saturday afternoon, sitting at a table near the water. Service was excellent, but the food - not so. I ordered the yellow fin tuna and my advice to others is to pass on this. I will return to this venue, but only to have a glass of wine.

Delicious salads are served. A turtle and fish visited our table that was on the river bank! Now where else would you see that?

Excellent food, superior wait staff and bartender. A must visit if interested in pure fresh, chef prepared dishes, and great adult drinks

I have had 3 of the main dishes at Riverdeck, all were absolutely delicious. Riverdeck is the best restaurant in Hayward, hands down. It is always a treat to go to Riverdeck. The food is awesome, and I really enjoy the atmosphere, and the music selection. You will not be disappointed!
