I love going to River City Hyundai. Today I went to go pick up my 3rd vehicle purchased at this location, that’s how much I love their service. They always go above and beyond to meet and exceed my expectations! This time I had the pleasure to work with Wayne sales and he was just awesome!!! 100% recommended, so helpful, great attitude and such a pleasure overall. Richard Finance is just your go to guy for anything you need, so helpful, funny and trustworthy! I’ve always had the pleasure to work with him and definitely only nice things to say about him and the entire team. Will always continue to recommend this place, and for sure will continue to come visit for service or new purchases : Wayne was also nice enough to add a beautiful red bow to my new vehicle to take nice pics with!

STOP SCROLLING. This is the place you’re looking for, I promise. You want to talk to Rowan. The man can preform actual miracles, I’m not kidding. I am officially the worst credit he’s ever had to work with, and he hooked me UP. I let him do his thing, and I am IMPRESSED! My car is beautiful, the newest I’ve ever owned, the shop did an amazing job on making sure it is sound and Rowan managed to deliver a full day early. Ask for him and tell him Seven sent you. You will be treated with respect, honesty, honour and a cheerful attitude. This was hands down, the best experience of my life. I am 48. This is my 27th car. It is the best one EVER. Had a wonderful experience at River City Hyundai purchasing a 2022 Santa Fe, and a big shoutout to Mo who was an amazing help! Mo went above and beyond and didn't make me feel like I was forced to make a purchase. They treat you like a family member and the vibe of the dealership is so nice. Was expecting a typical tough person to deal with, but Mo showed me that there are actually genuine salesmen who are there for the customer. Wonderful service by Wayne from the beginning.He listen to all my needs without trying to sell me more then what I was asking for. Wayne is very great in customer service even after the day of possession. Wayne was and still is at all time available for any update or any question I had on when my car will arrived at the dealership. He went above all my expectation. The day I pick up my car he even put a big red bow on it, it really made my day. And Neil at finance was so educated on everything, à great guy to meet!! Did his job so quick maybe it's because we had more then just a couples of good laugh with him, we didn't feel like it was that longhahaha The team always kept me in the loop of all the updates .

I am new to canada as a student and was facing problem in getting new car due to shortage of cars and my finance issues too. But thanks to Kelvin- Sales associate and Mark- Manager who helped me to get Hyundai Elantra 2023 with one month and resolved financeloan issues also. They have very good and caring team. We dealt with Mo on the purchase of our 2022 Palisade and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. No pressure or slimy tactics just straight forward honest negotiations. Even in this market with a vehicle in very high demand we were able to get a fair deal. I would not hesitate to recommend Mo to anyone who was looking for a vehicle.
