I bought my M3TH from here. It was really nice to do business with Mike and Alberto. I went to couple of dealerships before among those Mike was the best. I still remember the promise mike give me the first time I contacted the dealership , he told me " you will drive back your favorite vehicle" . No mind games or pushing. Straight to deal. Must visit if you are looking for a Mazda.
We're speechless. First off, my wife and I are both "thrifty" shoppers and will test everywhere to get the best deal possible. ESPECIALLY on a $40k+ new vehicle. Let me save anyone reading this the time, just go to Landmark if you're in the market for a Mazda! By FAR the most honest, straight forward, and comfortable dealership to deal with. I’ve been in the Automotive industry for WELL over 20 years and have NEVER been treated as well as I was/am at Landmark. Sarah is an absolute gem of a salesperson. No “tactics”, just a straight and honest experience from the get go. At this point, my wife and I have dealt with almost everyone in the dealership it would seem, and they’ve all been outstanding. Mark, Rene, Sarah, “Shuttle” Sarah, and EVERYONE else there do their best to make you leave with a smile. I only regret not remembering everyone’s names! I did just purchase a bunch of accessories and the parts department sent me home with ones for a different model. This morning I called in, they had the correct ones on the counter ready to go...And of course, a TRAIL of apologies for the mix up too! There was a small scratch on the piano black trim of the exterior after having the “delivery detail” completed. Within 20 minutes I had received more apologies than any Canadian has ever heard, the scratch was fixed, and I was on my way! PLEASE trust me when I tell you that you my wife and I had ZERO fears with Landmark and have left with an AMAZING CX-50, and the peace of mind that we’ve gotten the best deal from the most solid and caring people.
Sarah is approachable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Really easy to deal with. She's a 5/5. Would have a Guinness or two with. This is my second vehicle from Landmark, so overall I'm pretty satisfied with my experience here. Since I'm posting I have to comment on Service. They are friendly and quality of work is good, but there have been a couple of occasions where things went wrong or almost went wrong. One time I had major servicing and had booked a loaner vehicle. But when I showed up for the appointment first thing in the morning, I was told their loaner wasn't returned by the previous customer so I had to cancel the appointment. I think I should have received notice at the end of the previous day. Another time I had showed up for an appointment only to hear that it was not in the system and so they were not expecting me. Luckily they took me in anyways. I think the systems or organization at service could tighten up a bit. Overall, if I were to buy another Mazda I would most likely end up buying it from Landmark again.
Bought a new car here with Sarah and had a great experience. She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience and I'm so happy with my new vehicle! The price was also a lot better than some of the other dealerships in the city. Highly recommend.
We just bought a gently- pre owned vehicle and love it! Alyssa the finance lady was great to deal with even answering my constant annoying emails quickly. This is my second vehicle purchased from Mark the GM, and I will never buy from anyone else! He and his team worked hard to find what we wanted and provide us with great service. He isn’t even a greasy car salesman! Thanks Mark and landmark Mazda!
I have been driving a mazda for the last 4 years from this dealership. Great customer service, they really take the time to get to know you and work with you to find the most suitable vehicle. I went back last week for a newer vehicle, and working with Sarah H, she was amazing, great sense of humor, great customer service. She made me feel valued and understood. thank you Sarah H! the car drives amazingly well. I love my cx-9!!! When you go to this dealership ask for Sarah!.
My husband and I recently traded my 2016 CX5 for a 2022 Mazda CX9 earlier this spring. I have been driving Mazda for a few years now and haven’t had a lot of issues with the vehicles. Service at Landmark has improved in the last few years. Mark & His team has gone above and beyond to make us happy. The transaction was smooth. Getting the vehicle from the factory to Edmonton wasn’t too bad even with the delays due to the pandemic. The delivery of the vehicle met our expectations. A full walk through of the vehicle’s features before driving off. We know how a Mazda drives but they didn’t have vehicle on hand so this the walk through helped immensely. They help install after market accessories and any issues we had with the 3M was rectified asap. I’ve had the vehicle for a few months now and Mark has helped and answered my questions even after the fact. I highly recommend Landmark Mazda if your looking for a new vehicle they go above and beyond to earn your business. Zairra
Sales review 5/5 I had a good experience with the landmark sales department buying 2019 Mazda 3 Sport back in spring 2020. Sarah was the salesperson, though I'm not sure if she's still there. She was knowledgeable about the cars and didn't seem like she was trying to pressure my decision. It was definitely a better experience than Sherwood park Mazda which I had gone to for a test drive before. Service Review 1/5 I bought a vehicle from Landmark Mazda in spring of 2020. When summer hit, I noticed the AC was not very powerful compared to any other car I have driven in recently including my 2003 corolla which I had before buying the Mazda. I brought it in to the landmark service department and they assured me it was working normally, that I needed to have the car run for some time before it would cool off even though I mentioned that I frequently drive for 4+ hours and the car still doesn't cool off. I live out of town, so I couldn't bring it in again to have it looked at the rest of the summer. I brought it in again in the summer of 2021 to address the AC issue which was still clearly less powerful than other vehicles. I was told that they checked the system, and it was working normally. They said that in order for the AC to reach a cool temperature, I need to turn down the fan to medium speed. This does cool the temperature from the vent, but lacks the airflow to have an effect on the car temperature. I was partly convinced that the 2019 Mazda 3's have weak AC and that I would need to sell my car and go with something else if I want to be comfortable in the summer. As a last effort, I brought my car into Sundance Mazda the summer of 2022. I explained the issues I've had with the AC. They tested the system and said that the refrigerant was low. They recharged the refrigerant for me which completely fixed the issue. On the first time bringing it in. The AC is working completely fine now. If the people at landmark had accepted that something could be wrong with this brand new car and actually tried to troubleshoot it, it would have been fixed much sooner, and I wouldn't have wasted so much of my time driving back and forth to Edmonton in an uncomfortably hot car.
Bought a vehicle from these folks this summer and the no-pressure service was great! No intense recommendations for ad-ons. Signed feeling good about the purchase/ experience. In fact, they offered the lowest price of all the Mazda dealerships in town and offered a decent amount for the trade-in. Let's hope the future service/ maintenance experience is similar. We shall see! Haha
I had a really nice experience with Rene at Mazda. He was very friendly and helped me out the best he could, he kept me in the loop while they troubleshooted my older car. He was easy to talk to and I left happy with a smile on my face! Thank you
