Friendly staff, get the work done, and identify when something is under warranty or recall notice. Used to take my car into a Mitsubishi shop in another part of town, but these guys are the best. Will always bring my car here.

Pleasant and knowledgeable service counter rep. And very good technicians in the back.

First visit as I am a new Mitsubishi customer. Friendly staff. Time for pre-scheduled oil change was twice the wait time I was quoted. They did change the cabin air filter which takes about 5 minutes. All in all, not to bad.

It was my first time buying from Northside Mitsubishi, it was a great experience. My sales person Graydon was amazing. He was knowledgeable and not pushy. I told him what I wanted  and that is what I got. Kevin Finance was also amazing, he got me the options for financing. Together they provided the best customer service!
