Stopped by City Auto yesterday looking for a used vehicle to get me through the upcoming winter. A young Gentleman named Steve assisted me and was very helpful. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and was able to help me to find what I needed without being pushy. It was a pleasant experience to buy my SUV from him.

I dealt with Hoang from City Auto. He was very pleasant and professional and friendly and genuine. He took his time with me and did not rush me at all or pressure me. He presented as really wanting to work and help his customers. I was very satisfied with his excellent customer service skills.
