Crossline On The Fort

Utterly poor service- nobody paid any attention towards me or my daughter who drove 45 mins to come look at cars. Instantly we were told to come another day

I worked hard convincing a friend to trust me and buy from them since he was set on buying local to us. He gave them my name as a referral and went ahead with the purchase. Apparently there is a fine print with their referral program so I will never recommend them to anyone else nor will I trade up through them again.

These guys at cross line on the fort are the best. Even with almost nothing to play with they got the job done and put me in the car I wanted with a really good deal. I will be back there forsure and I recommend this place to everyone.

Called up about a vehicle I seen on Autotrader to see if it was still there and they confirmed it. Drove 1 hour to the lot. Guy comes out and tells me it went to wholesale a couple of days before. I called for that reason. Never going back to an unprofessional place like this again.

Tried looking at a vehicle here was in email contact with the sales guy. When he asked me if I was looking to finance or pay cash I said cash. I never heard from him again he knew he wasn't gonna get me to pay the MASSIVE interest rate so he would not sell me the vehicle. Just avoid this place you'll better off.

If I could go lower I would. I had a salesman attack my car while brandishing a tire iron because I called them out on a bad vehicle they wouldn't let me take for an independent inspection before I purchased it and told another customer that policy on my way out. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP
