My worst experience with dentists ever. They seem to forget to prescribe after root canal treatment medication, so I ended up with massive abscess on my left face part. Had to do the strong antibiotics course which ruined my stomach microflora... Also, the pain after treatment was so intense, I could barely sleep or eat for 3 days. Worst root canal treatment experience which cost $1500 together with the consultation. Definitely do not recommend.
Don't hesitate to book here. Staff and Endodontist were great. Was referred here for a root canal. My first experience was Joyce at reception. She did everything to make sure I could just walk in for the procedure and not have a tonne of paperwork. She was even concerned after that I had a safe way home. Very kind! Next Sheena, was very professional and walked me through the steps and listened to me yammer on because I was so nervous. She made me feel comfortable. Dr. Wang was knowledgeable and quick once we started the procedure. He was concerned with my comfort and didn't waste time. I left with a prescription, only to fill if I get an infection and the signs to look for in that case. All around good experience, can't say fantastic because let's be honest it's a root canal not a dinner out. Thanks so much.
Dr. Sha and his team are wonderful. I wish I didn't have to go to the endodontist, but I couldn't have been referred to a better place. Each person I encountered, including Joyce, Sheena, and Dr. Sha himself, was personable, professional, and informative. Joyce, the first point of contact, is absolutely lovely! She goes above and beyond for you and is very kind and caring. As for the procedure itself, it was the most comfortable dental procedure of my life! The jaw pillow/rest was something I'd never been offered before and it took away virtually all the strain and discomfort of having to keep your mouth wide open. Life changing! Dr. Sha and Sheena were consistent in making sure that I was comfortable and not feeling any pain. If you have to have an endodontic procedure, you're in good hands here :
Pretty bad experience. The doctor is alright, he is at least polite, and clear about his thoughts. Other staff, especially the front desk, has no idea what customer service should be like, very rude and impatient. Will not recommend any friend or family go here. -------------------------- Seems google map doesn't support reply to owner's replies, I will address some questions here. "your 30-minute late arrival", this is from your perspective. My side's story is: we had a phone call at March 15, in which I believed we set an appointment at 9:00 AM and I have NOT received any email / message from you after that. Not the email you claimed that sent right after 8:30, nor the messages the front desk claimed that sent in previous days. I suggest you check whatever the system you're using. I did receive 2 missed phone calls. One at 5:24 PM in previous day when I was in middle of a meeting, and the other at 8:34 when I was driving to your place, I wasn't able to get them. However, my point was not about whom to blame, misunderstanding like this is not rare and will not be. No matter which part of the communication goes wrong, I had expressed that: 1. there was a misunderstanding of time; 2. I'm ok with a reschedule. I would only care 2 things in such condition, how to settle the immediate conflict and how to prevent it happen again in furture. A impatient tone is out of my list and that's why I'm surprised and disappointed. Anyway, thank you for responding to my comment, I hope I expressed myself clear and hope this will just be a single odd case.
I went in with the biggest fear but my root canal experience done by Dr. Wang was better than a dental cleaning or filling. Joyce the receptionist was pleasant from day 1 and Sheena is so helpful and gentle. Great experience overall and great team :-
Love this place. Dr Hind and her team were caring compassionate and quick. Highly recommended.
Great dentist....incompetent and extremely rude receptionist. She rarely answers phone, loses referrals , change appointment time on me and then was rude when i said my appointment was the time she said it was. Hung out in consultation room while i was speaking with dentist??? Rude again when asking how billing works with insurance. How does this person still have a job there with all the bad reviews of her specifically.
I would recommend this place. Dr. Wang and Sheena were gentle on me throughout the root canal procedure. Most importantly, no pain and I didn't run away. Brenda, the receptionist was also polite via phone/in person and scheduled me in for treatment in a timely manner.
I recently had a root canal here. My experience was extremely positive! As soon as I walked through the door the lady at the front desk was kind and very helpful she went above and beyond to get me this appointment ASAP. I have seen both dentists here for a follow up and for the treatment. They were both very knowledgeable and gentle. I'm so impressed I definitely recommend this place for your root canal needs. They also take dental insurance and most places I called did not, so that's a bonus!
Just a great experience from time I entered till I left, had lots of concerns when I got there, they explained everything, over the top professional, thanks
