It’s always an incredible experience at this office. Extremely professional staff and dental professionals assistance. Always very friendly. Quick to help with anything! Always a clean office with a great vibe. 10/10 recommend. My oldest used to be scared of the dentist but that quickly faded because of how amazing everyone is. Always leaves with a smile. Great Dentist! I have had a quite a bit of work down on my teeth here and never an issue. They work quickly, accommodate your schedule, and do high quality work. Would definitely recommend them.
It was my first time at Alouette Dental. They did a wonderful job. The hygienist explained everything she was doing. I am very happy with them.
I had the most amazing experience. I felt cared for and experienced no pain. The office staff where friendly and helpful. The Dentist had a gentle touch and worked with my dental plan. His assistant was also very friendly and gentle. If you have a phobia of Dentists this is the place for you. The staff from the desk to the Dentist will do everything they can to make it a good experience. I even had a nap during a root canal.
I recently had a bad experience with my previous clinic and the dentist made me feel at ease with how gentle she was and works like a magic. Great place if you need your work done. Also, nice and helpful ladies at the front desk.
Friendly, timely, thorough practical component, and professional. Nicole answered my questions in detail, Dr. Heung confirmed the Hygienist’s observations, and reception staff were pleasant and accommodating.
Dr Heung has been my dentist for years. He is the best dentist and I would never go anywhere else. He knows I’m nervous and he always makes me feel comfortable and takes great care to make sure everything is going OK and I am updated during the process. The rest of the staff there are fantastic to! I highly recommend Alouette Dental!!
I absolutely love the staff at this dental office! They are kind, efficient, and very accommodating. I have extremely sensitive teeth. When I mention this, they are very gentle with me and try to find ways to make the experience more comfortable. The front desk staff are also wonderful.
Staff are always warm and welcoming! Amazing team from start to end, great knowledge and always find best solution and outcome!
