Amazing all around, and would highly recommend this Ortho. I travel all the way from Whiterock for my appointments. From the front desk staff to the team in the back. They make you feel comfortable, explain every step along the way. Also me not having dental coverage. My kids and me have came here for work on our teeth and had a great experience with Dr. Charity Siu, dental staff and the front desk staff = Dr. Siu was referred to me by my dentist. She is very professional, knowledgeable and caring. I would definitely recommend her and this office if you are looking for great results

The staff are friendly, kind hearted and knowledgeable. Shannon at the front desk is my daughter's favorite person, because she is so caring and gets down to her level to have a conversation. Plus she is funny and awesome my daughter's words. I had my own dental work done by the office when I was a kid 25+ years ago and that's why I have brought my daughter there to have the same great service that I had. I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

So far our experience has been amazing. Felt super safe during covid. Staff are friendly and help alleviate all fears. They answer any and all questions and I never feel rushed. We look forward to continuing our treatment there.
