Each time I arrive, the staff are happy and I never have to wait long to get in. The interactions I've had upon entering the room really shows they care about my experience by making me feel comfortable. I told them I have a sensitive gum line, so they provided something to reduce the pain while being treated. They took the time to make me feel important, all while going over the health of my teeth. There's a really good energy about the place and the people are amazing! I highly recommend Lumina Dental in Maple Ridge.
Highly recommend!!! If you hated going to the dentist you won't after visiting Lumina Dental!!! The Dr.Jiang Is so gentle and kind you won't feel like you're at the dentist ! He was so thorough and explained everything so that I could understand !!! All the staff are so friendly ! There is even relaxing massage chairs while you are getting worked on!!! Super happy to have found such an amazing dentist so close to home!!! Don't wait to make an appointment because as an unexpected gift for becoming a new patient and getting a full check up , x-Ray and cleaning I received a new electric toothbrush!! Super surprised and love it!!! I will be back as a regular patient for sure !!
When I was in search of a new dentist I obviously looked at all the reviews. When I saw Lumina had 120, 5 star reviews I thought, there is no way...they must be cherry picking their reviews. I had to experience this place for myself. Well let me tell you, this IS a 5 star dental clinic. From the moment of inquiry to getting my first cleaning and check up I was beyond impressed. The receptionists are warm, inviting and friendly. The hygienist is so sweet, gentle and very knowledgeable-educating you the entire time and Dr. Jaing-WOW!!! He is so compassionate and genuine. You can really feel his passion for his profession and his patients. This place is clean, modern and truly remarkable. If you are in the Maple Ridge area and looking for a new dental clinic, give Lumina a go. You won't be disappointed.
Just walked out of Lumina dental and I can’t believe what an amazing experience I just had. Over the phone the staff were amazing, informative when booking my appointment, and when I got into the office I was politely greeted! When I got to the back and met the dentist he was extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to explain things in a way that would make anyone feel comfortable! I walked in feeling very insecure about my teeth and possible treatment, but after leaving I feel like this was the best decision of my life coming here! I recommend this dental office to absolutely any and everyone no matter what you may feel your dental issues are, they have a realistic plan for you ! It’s never too late to take care of your teeth and this is definitely the spot : solid 5 out of 5
