Great way to fly in & out of Jackson. I live curbside service from the covered parking to no hassle drop off at the airport.

Do NOT use this service if you want a guaranteed ride to the airport. If you buy an online ticket (e.g., you want to get the 11:30am shuttle) the receipt will state "Please be ready between 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM". I had such a ticket at was at the garage at 11:30. The shuttle was apparently full and left at 11:30 before I could walk out of the garage. The service supplied no additional shuttle and when I called about this, the representative hung up on me.
