Richmond Hill Deli

Of all the Russian/ Eastern European stores this is our favourite. The prepared food is always fresh and delicious. Deli has great choices and has sufficient selection of sweets, frozen and non perishable food. The people working there are always helpful to us.

Watch the old stuff expired cakes, etc. They keep frozen and?sell! Their?prices?went up by 80% in most items. Some items?so not carry a?pricectag and you are too shy to put it back in the shelf once you realize the price at reguster!!!

If you like to try salads and foods that taste like communism this is a great local Russian/European store. 10/10 would recommend!

The deli is the big attraction but the bread is the best I’ve ever had. Both times I’ve gone, it has been fresh out of the oven. Get some meat and a loaf of this heavenly creation and you’ll be amazed at how something so simple can be so delicious.

It is a great store, not big, but convinient. Food is resonably priced, mostly russian. Homemade food is perfect. I love their section of salads, not a lot of choices, but everything is delicious.

Good European deli, not cheap… There are so many meats, cheese, desserts here…

Not a very large store but their selection of cold cuts and prepared foods is great. We have been customers for over 8 years.

Horrible treatment! I purchased a cake, the Raffaello, for my husband's birthday. The cake was absolutely appalling. My both daughters gagged when having one bite. I returned to the store to give it back and warn them that the quality of the product they sell is very low for its price. I DIDN'T even want my money back. But I was greeted by the manager with such hostility, I never expected that. He kept claiming the cake is fine and delicious WITHOUT even trying it or even looking at it. He kept trying to send me away with such disgust as if I was the one who sold him the cake. He kept insisting that I do not leave the cake here and "Take that away from here." I was never treated with so little respect anywhere. I came to talk, not to get in an argument, and I ended up trying to convince them of the obvious. Horrible customer service and products' qualities. The bread that I also bought was molded, but I didn't want to be insulted anymore, so I didn't bring it up.

It’s a small deli crammed with a huge selection of European foods! Very high quality service from the friendly staff! My family goes here weekly and have never been disappointed!! Great job!!!

I go specifically for angel wings. Nice selection of Russian products also
