To be honest, under my anticipation of this place because I have collected for a long time and finely to visited a few days ago. The service was excellent, and the space was nice too. But the desserts were too sweet for both of us, and the capacity of the food was big enough that no one could be finished it.
Delicious dessert. Love their freshly made waffles and crepes. I like how they also have a seasonal menu that changes. One of my go to spots for desserts.
I tried French crepe with ice cream - Pretty in Pink - 5 stars dessert. Fresh, not too sweet, good portion. Matcha made in Heaven - taste a bit strange for me, but not bad. Nice vibe and clean environment. Staff is friendly. A bit pricy, but it worth overall.
Nice interior beautiful location with plenty of space. The staff was super nice and helpful. Deserts were super tasty and beautifully presented. Must try strawberry Blush. Prices are bit on higher side but worth the price. Enjoy

Tried demetres for the first time. It was OK overall. Had a higher expectation since the place was jam packed. The items we ordered were way too sweet and the ice cream was very icy rather than being creamy. Staff were friendly and it was a good vibe in a packed restaurant. However the desserts we had were average.
We were a group of 9 people and we all ordered different things but not even one of us liked the thing we ordered. They were all super sweet and also my cake wasn't fresh. They first served one person and then the rest of the orders came after a very long time.
Twice I've been told I can't have their amazing liege waffles now.. once because of technical difficulties, today because they're sold out. So sad. Great service though, unlike the downtown Markham location. Definitely a bit of a pricey experience not for a daily visit.
Sunday afternoon attendance. No front door host, like in other detmetre locations been to. Although server greeted us from behind counter and offered us to sit whereever we like as it was not busy this time. The server introduced herself, She stated if we had any questions to ask. Ordered Moo La la Crepe and Splitzonian Crepe with Peaches on the side. Crepes tasted good. Also ordered Americanos with almond milk. Appreciated the alternative milk option. The Americano tasted very strong. Like a dark roast espresso. Feed back/ Suggestions: A The restaurant inside seemed clean overall however did not see the washrooms. Entrance doors into restaurant filled with hand/fingerprints. B Suggest to add something 3D art work or quotes on the walls in between floral designs. Some faux candle holders on each guest Table and background music. C The Counter area, add some decor accents to make it more inviting and asthetically pleasing. Make one of the wall a photo wall with your brand where people can take pictures in front of when they come for a visit. D Have at least 2 Vegan Dessert options. Parking: Free parking in plaza Dietary restrictions: Had Almond Milk as alternative option for Americano
Great desserts place in Richmond Hill. Have been here a dozen times or so. It's spacious, but can get very busy and packed, especially weekends. Went in on a Saturday night and was seated right away. We ordered a Nutella Macchiato and 2 scoops of ice-cream. The desserts are massive, and can definitely be shared. My little one loved his ice-cream flavours - we got the nutella and chocolate. Service was great initially - our cutlery, napkins and water came out right away, and our server knew the menu well enough to make recommendations. However, she disappeared - either went on break or her shift ended? Unfortunately, after her disappearance, it took three attempts to get the bill as nobody was paying attention to us. Parking: Lots of space for parking
