Love the double baked cheese tart. It is one of the desserts I get every time. Very delicious.
I tried the sesame roll cake and it was great. This place is in chatime if you’re having a hard time finding it
This bake code has a little chaitime attached to it do all of them have one?. The shop front is very pretty and the pastries are very good if a little pricy.
The fact that it's in the mall makes it a much more convenient place to park at than the Bake Code in North York. Love their croissant, and I go there every year for their moon cakes.
Bake code has now come up with a few locations and glad there’s one in Richmond hill and one in Markham. The presentation of the store was very appealing and looking at the pastries and cakes made it very difficult to choose. The cakes are very good. I had the milles crepe cake, which was good but the pastry alongside the cream was a different taste. The other cakes were very delicious. They have this xoxo cake with lychee was great. The cheese tart was great. Tart was buttery but still had the crumbly feel in your mouth. I didn’t get to add a picture was too hungry but I also tried the mushroom garlic croissant, which was phenomenal. The croissant was flaky and crispy on the outside and the inner layers were great. Would definitely recommend bake code and love the European Asian fusion of bakery.
Helpful staff. Clean place. Covid safe. Love their Moon cake!
Always fresh, great variety, deliciousss
Pre-Ordered their croissants. They were very good and I think they're worth the money considering what you're paying for each, you are getting significantly more than other places in my opinion.
I found a surprise of the worst kind in my bun. As I went to take another bite, I look down to see a hair BAKED into the bread. When I went back to Bake Code to let them know, the cashier was confused and unhelpful. She went to go talk to the manager who had informed her that we could have another bun, but it couldn't be worth more than what we had paid for our bun. Yikes. Stay away unless you like surprise hairs in your food!
This is really just a Chatime... so almost no selection. Note that some cakes you find at regular Bake Codes need to be ordered in advance.
