A delightful park, not very big but has some nice picnic spots and fixed BBQ grills. There is a small play area for kids and a beach, the section on the south side is bit cleaner compared to the one on the north side. Parking is free but finding a spot in the afternoon is usually difficult on weekends. There are enough trees that provide good shade for a picnic. Not the best choice for a walk but great for a weekend picnic with friends and family.
It is small park and that’s what I needed today. Weekend well spent!! Not very crowded even on weekends. Finding parking spot was not a difficulty in the morning. It has a small play area for kids. Had fixed bbq spots and enough trees to provide you shade during your picnic time.
It's a nice little park on Lakefront with a view of Toronto skyline. It has a small beach, you are able to swim in. Great for family dayout picnics. Barbeques are allowed, but bring your own. There is a play area for the little ones. Not a lot of shades, benches and tables. Best to bring your own portable gazebo, chairs and table for your party. This is a great option just next to Jake Darling park which is always super crowded and very hard to get parking.
Great little waterfront park. Parking, playground and a decent sized beach area. Haven't been here on a busy summer day yet so I don't know how busy it gets but a decent alternative to Jack Darling
Beautiful park with relaxing atmosphere. I like to walk along the beach when I need to gather my thoughts. The beach itself is a mix of sand and small rocks. You can usually find lots of beach glass here as well. It's nice to see the lake turn discarded jagged glass from bottles and things into beautiful beach glass over time.
Superb Ontario-lakeside park with small and nice beach. Good arrangements for family picnic and Bbq. Highly recommended place to visit any weekend and weekdays.
Nice place to have a picnic with the family. You can see Toronto downtown from there, it's far though. The park is not very large but it has beautiful views and it's less crowded than others nearby.
This is a nice waterfront park. It has bigs trees for shades. It has a roofed shelter and a few outdoor BBQs. It has a nice playground. The sand in the beach is limited with other debris including white shells. So it may not easy to walk with bare feet. The parking lot can accomondate around 100 cars, so it is spacious for a relatively small park like this. One shall be able to spend a relaxed summer sunny day there.
Very nice place in Streetsville area. There is good green area and small beach side. During weekend it can be very busy so make sure to reach early. Parking can be big hassles. There are lots of benches. Enjoy good time with family and friends.
Very beautiful park to enjoy Lake Ontario. Whether you want to sit on rocks and hear that waves with rocks or you want to sit on the picnic benches to enjoy. Doesn’t seems very busy just local people in the park. Overall quite delightful to sit for a while.
