Beautiful and scenic view of gardens, lot of old trees with well maintained gardens. Very quiet and peaceful place for picnic and for family games.
A small park in the neighbourhood that few know of. My favourite place to sit quietly and listen to the surf and watch the ducks and swans.
Im at this park daily when Im home, launch my Kayak from here. Its a beautiful little beach, white sand and clear water. Don't go past the 'No Trespass' sign onto Petro Canada's land, it may look inviting, the long sandy beach...but there are cameras and security takes a minute or two to get to your location. There are also a number of Geocaches in the local area, a great way to see the park. Would be nice if people kept the park clean...its not hard to pick up after ourselves.
Used to go to this place years ago when no one knew about it and it would be empty. Since the last 3-4 years it's gotten very popular. You definitely have to go early to get a parking spot if it's a nice day or weekend. There's a playground a short drive away but none here. It's more for the views so you'll just see people on dates, smoking or having picnics usually.
Cute park, interesting trees. The museum is closed due to covid
Great place for walking and hiking
Beautiful, quiet, and clean. Great views of the CN tower and the Toronto skyline! Water seems clean, people doing a polar bear dip here today!
Very quite and small park. Good location for our kite flying games. Just have to be careful since it is too closed to residential properties. One should not be making too much noise here.
Always fun to take the dogs there, amazing views of the city and one of my favorite kayak launch points. A hidden gem.
Wonderful place for nature lovers. Not a very big park but not a crowded one , just few benches to get the view of Lake Ontario and Toronto sky like . It’s the place for some solace and to enjoy the nature peacefully . Just a few kms away from port credit . Not a lot of parking spaces again it’s a small place but a very beautiful one . I see elderly couple enjoying the day here getting some sun shine during summer . Also you could feel the beautiful sound of waves clashing the rocks
