Wonderful park with lots of free parking at different lots. One can walk, jog or relax near the waterfront. Since its a big park, there is no crowding and you can enjoy the view...currently the fall colours. Lots of photo opps too.
Great park with great views of the Lake Ontario and great wooden sidewalk to walk right next to water. Lot of space to park the car . Also 2 big picnic dedicated spots with BBQ . Otherwise, big green area where also one can bring their own stuff to enjoy. Also found bicycle repairing hub which is in the park includes almost all the tool to fix a bike . Overall nice place to hangout but there are several other parks much better than this one within 5-10 minutes of travel from this park. Washrooms were not clean too much smell.
This is a fantastic place to spend quality time with family and friends. Admiring the lake and listening to the sounds of nature is very fascinating. The location is well-kept and tidy, making it an ideal spot for a weekend getaway. There are swans, ducks, and other lovely birds all everywhere, and it's incredible to see them.
It's not too late to unwind after a long tiring and busy day. Have something to eat for awhile and afterwards stroll at the side of the lake. Enjoy the view It is nice to stay outside and go for a long walk in a steepy and winding road. Guys I highly recommended this place for a family bonding. Get together and meet with friends. Don't forget the BBQ
This park is well maintained and family-friendly. Everyone can enjoy a wonderful scenery while strolling the park. You can also enjoy fishing here as you can catch different species of fish especially their salmon and trouts. Anglers gather on a certain spot and enjoys catching fishes. The only problem on this park is the limited number of washroom.
John C. Saddington Park in Mississauga is a fantastic park that offers a variety of activities for families, friends and individuals. The park has well-maintained sports fields, a fun and safe playground for kids, and lovely picnic areas. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, making the park a perfect place to spend a relaxing day outdoors. I appreciate the ample space in the picnic areas, making it ideal for family gatherings or a peaceful lunch with friends. Overall, I would highly recommend J.C. Saddington Park in Mississauga to anyone looking for a beautiful and peaceful park to enjoy."
My family always like this park just before the sunset. It is perfect for small or large picnics. They have couple of picnic areas which requires prior reservation. Washroom is available and well maintained.
It was a grey and dull morning, visibility was low. First walked the JC Saddington park, then JJ Plus park. Saw quite a few people fishing, one caught a big salmon. Also hiked Port Credit Memorial park. The view beyond the rail bridge was very beautiful. Too bad there is no more path along the Credit river beyond the bridge.
Well maintained trails. Plenty of parking and it was free. Beautiful sunset views. There is also a skating rink and plenty of Picnic Benches.
Nice place. Parking is free there but not overnight. Also can take own inflatable boat are normal boat because there also free parking and spots available. You also can bbq because I saw some people was doing.
