Well to begin nobody even greeted us when we were at the counter. The girl who served was also the same. 
The food is I don't even know where to begin. The sandwiches were cold like ice cold. The egg salad was like frozen to be honest.
The only saving grace and the reason I bothered to give one star is the drinks. The coffee and cappuccino were good. 
I would really like to know what the owner of this cafe would like to say as I am putting this review sitting in the restaurant at 12 20 pm 09 October 2017.

We were in the town of Perry Sound for a hockey game my son said that they went into Richard's Coffee when passing Perry Sound a few times, we had Lunch and a tart and banana cream pie yummiest ever. GREAT JOB RICHARD'S COFFEE

This is a great place to eat.  The food is terrific and the staff are friendly and efficient.  The staff really take pride in their food.  They make their own soup - it is flavourful, really tasty and very hearty.  The sandwiches are made to order and the filling portion is very ample.  The desserts are wonderful and the portions are large - great for sharing.  The coffee is perfect.  Great value for your money  -  one feels well fed at the end of the meal.  Highly recommended.  We have enjoyed every visit - its on our list of stops whenever we come into Parry Sound.  Family friendly.

Excellent place for baked goods and coffee. We stop every time we drive south.

Friendly staff and they remember a lot of people's names and orders and everyone greeted with a warm welcome. Excellent selection of food and homemaked desserts.
