McDonald's

Pre-order system is good. Offer delivery of meal to table no waiting in line very good. Table service great when taking out the kids. Well clean area staff keeps table's clean. Customer Service very friendly and I've found their meals always hot and excellent coffee. If you like desserts try out the bakery.

We pick up food here fairly often but they seem to make mistakes with orders regularly. Special grill orders with instructions attached but not followed, as well as missing items. The location is convenient for us though.

Nice stop during our ride from Sudbury or Toronto. It is sometimes crowded in summer but not too bad. It has a parking lot, has a drive through, self order screens and mobile ordering. Once the food wasn’t very fresh and upset our stomach but only once out of 10 times I would say. The washrooms are clean most of the time and they have a family washroom in addition to the men’s and women’s ones. Seating area is big with screens and TVs. The food takes a bit longer to get ready compared to other McDonald’s restaurants.

I think McDonald's makes good hamburgers. The service is fast and their ticket system really helps customers get what they want quickly. In the future, it would be nice if the company started offering more services, like car wash, gasoline, etc. Just to make it more of a one-stop-shop. Mechanics on-site for repairs and oil change would be convenient. I would also like McDonald's financial and banking services, insurance, legal, and accounting. Their fast service system would make things easier and faster.
