Had an amazing service tonight at Boston Pizza. Reserved a table to see Cam Galloway this evening, got sat immediately even though we were 15min late to our reservation.nnOur server Katie was quick to greet us, and was understanding when we weren’t ready to order yet.nnKatie was extremely attentive throughout service, helping us through the menu. A key moment tonight was when my friend ordered a cocktail where they were out of a key ingredient; Katie went out of her way to acquire said ingredient, so they could enjoy their night. They were happy to order something else, but before they could Katie said “let me see what I can do.”nnThrough and through, was an amazing night, this was the quality of service you’d expect at a Michelin star’d restaurant, and here we are; 20/10 recommend! Thank you so much Katie! You set an incredible service!

Location, vibes, food, service everything is awesome.nIf you are at Parry sound water front, must visit this place.nEnjoy patio with nice view.

$15 lunch was a pleasant surprise. Great service I believe our server was Sherry. Highly recommend :

Friday Oct18,2024 One of the worst experiences. Our apps never arrived till after our main entrées.nThey had a musician there the was so loud you couldn't talk with friends. We asked 3xs for them to turn it down with no avail.nWhen our bill came our server said she would be back with machine, 15 minutes later she showed up only after asking to speak to manager.  When I did speak to him about service, food and the entertainment he didn't seem to care.nWE WON'T BE BACK.

Waterfront sits Boston Pizza with inside and outside seating. We had beet, spinach and goat cheese salad and added chicken. For first time ever, I actually had the  pizza...pepperoni but with extra cheese. Both meals were delicious and served with a big smile by the server. She seemed genuinely happy doing her thing. Washroom was downstairs and was modern and clean.  Overall was quite pleased by own dinner choices. The place was busy so I'm guessing other people knew was good too.
