Unassuming Drug Store with Pharmacy and Beauty...Limited Staff with unpredictable Customer Service. The Staff do try to the best of their ability however if more then one customer at a time its difficult. We don't use Pharmacy Services from this location (though there is a Drive-Thur for the Pharmacy)

Drive through pharmacy was handy. Was told my prescription would be done by a certain time. It wasn't. The pharmacist seemed very knowledgeable and explained the medication etc.

The only reason I filled my prescription here is for the drive-thru convenience (with 2 small kids, it's essential). Well, the drive thru was closed so I went in. I filled my prescription online 3 days prior and it wasn't ready. She told me I had to call to confirm...isn't that the point of online prescription refill, so you don't have to call???? And no where online did it say I had to call. Then she told me she only had 2 of 3 pill packs, then searched through some boxes and found another one. Will definitely just be going to Shoppers from now on.

Horrible pharmacy service! The pharmacy is slow, dirty and disorganized. It took the pharmacy 3 days and my script still wasn't filled. Rexall has cut the pharmacist pay and upped there duties. The turnover in pharmacist is ridiculous. Plus they dont speak English. Taking medication is serious and if we can't understand you on how to take it, someone is going be poisoned. I've been going here for 2 years but I'm done with dirty, unorganized and foreign language pharmacists.
