Costco Pharmacy

The only reason I may use this pharmacy again is the price of prescriptions, lowest around, but the service is very poor.

A bit of a prescription mix up but worked out efficiently

Very unprofessional service from some of the pharmacy staff. First they asked very bluntly why the medicaion was prescribed, and how was it going to be used. Then they told us the prescription we were given by the Dr. was discontinued. We called several other pharmacy's in Kelowna that told us it was not discontinued. We were then told by Costco that they couldn't by a "smaller" amount of said prescription only a larger amount was available and they might not sell it so they didn't want to order it. Not the service you expect when you pay $120 A year for a membership to buy the products. Shoppers drug mart filled the prescriptions with no issues.

Every time I pick up a prescription it takes much longer then many other pharmacies. Very unprofessional to say you will call today when prescription is ready then not call at all. I've had so many issues. Am ready to move all my prescriptions to a different place....to park at Costco alone is a hassle!!!

Poor customer service. Long wait times. Now that I have benefits I'll be moving to a different pharmacy.

Don't trust the google streetview! I assure you that there is a Costco here!

Cheapest dispensing fee for a prescription fill/refill anywhere in town!
