I also had a frustrating situation at London Drugs today. I went there to buy a camera with my husband. We previously went there a few days ago and checked this Camera with Sunil who treated us respectfully and that's why we returned there today to purchase the camera. We were so excited and happy to buy the camera that my husband dreamed of. Once we checked the camera and were ready to make the payment we had the payment plan in our mind as we discussed it last time we were there we needed the help of a manager.nnThe shop associate who helped us requested a manager. When the so-called 'Manager' came she gave us a pretty bad attitude from the first moment she was there. Even without talking to us. She was chewing her bubblegum and acting very unprofessionally and treated us as we came to steal something from the store. Even sent security to watch us. There was no argument or anything we were surprised about her behavior towards us.nnWe were there as just normal customers. We only needed their assistance with our payment if there's something she cannot help us with, there's a way to inform it respectfully and give us the alternative options not to demotivate a person by giving looks. We had to make a call to our credit card customer service and she was blowing her bubblegum and told me that it won't work today by giving her Karen looks.nnWe both felt very uncomfortable and insecure during that situation and it was really disappointing. Even though we made the purchase with the help of the shop associate, we both didn't feel happy or satisfied after our purchase because of the way she acted we purchased the camera because it was the only option that met our requirements.nnPlease treat the customers with respect. Be professional. If you want to practice blowing your bubblegum, in front of the customers is not the correct place, Manager. This happened around 4.30 pm today, April 20 th 2025.

I didn't realize that London Drugs has dedicated staff for Apple computers. I would like to thank Amandip for assisting me with my computer small problem - make sure you are using the proper charger! Amandip reminded me that if you need an Apple service tech, please book ahead as the staff is very busy! Many thanks - wonderful service!

The other day I came in to get my passport photos done. At no point did any one come up to me asking if I’m needing help. I ended up finding someone to ask, overall I wasn’t impressed with his service whatsoever.nAfter I get the photos developed, they stamped it so poorly, it was completely illegible.nnI brought it to the West Kelowna location, as their service is much more reliable. They looked at the stamp and guaranteed it’d get rejected, so they were able to help me re-do it.nAs well, were surprised when I mentioned Kelowna location didn’t give me a “travel checklist.” Overall way better experience, they were efficient, thorough, and knowledgeable.nnWill not be going back to Kelowna.

Been checking this flyer lately as the on-sale food prices are much lower than my local grocery stores. I’ve been by a few times and have had stand out service from Nerissa, who seems to be running the show there, with grace and ease I may add! Thank you Nerissa for your kind and efficient service every time, not sure how you do it but you do:nn*note- Gently suggesting these negative nelly reviewers consider taking their big feelings to the gym or something, and not out on the staff at our local shops. Everyone is going through something right now, not just you babe;

Love love the LD Kelowna team! I haven’t met anyone who isn’t helpful or has a negative energy. Kudos! It’s not easy when you work in retails nowadays. It’s your customer service that keeps me coming back even though most of the times I can only afford your merchandises when they are on sales. But I’ll buy at your place if you have the item I need and the price is competitive or only slightly higher. Keep it up! Customers like me appreciate you!
