Yesterday I went to London Drugs on Harvey Ave…iPad in hand. I explained to a young lady, named Narius, in the photo dept. that I needed to print some photos but hadn’t done that in a long time…plus I am a senior. She showed me a simple way to order them, and also how to order the photos from home. She was very polite and professional. She was like a breath of fresh air..

I had my phone battery replaced here and I was very satisfied. The service takes around 3-5 hours, but the price was reasonable $135 + tax and the staff were friendly and helpful. My phone’s battery health is fully restored now! The staff even kindly let me charge my phone after picking it up as the battery was low and I needed my phone to access my bus pass.

I go to London Drugs often and always have a great experience. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. A special mention to Dana and Rukaya in pharmacy they are kind, professional, and always provide excellent service. The cosmetics team is wonderful as well. Overall, a great store with amazing staff that keeps me coming back.

London Drugs is a Canadian company that originated in Vancouver BC. Start by an Asian Canadian family to have a mixed variety of products for serving people in the Asian community since Vancouver didn't have much at the time. Through the years in has expanded to what it is today and the 3rd generation of the Asian Canadian Family still have a part of the interest. The stores are well maintained and clean. There is always a good variety of products in any department. The stores are always well staffed and competitive pricing is always seen when doing online price matching. The sales are always amazing so it always a good place to go for price matches. The end of season sales are so good.

Mason in electronics was extremely helpful. He helped us pick out new iPad covers and installed protective film on two iPads that we didn’t even buy at your store. We thought that was very nice of him and he went over and above requirements for really good customer service. He was also very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Would recommend him to anyone.
