had a great experience at the self-checkout today. The cashier name Kaiya was very helpful, attentive, and quick to assist when needed. They handled everything professionally and made the process smooth and stress-free. Really appreciate the excellent customer service! She absolutely deserves promotion!

Nice location but some of the isles were empty. Hardly any Asian Food Selection. Most of the breads were out of stock. Small organic section. Bakery didn't have much selection of cakes. But there was plenty of Christmas clearance, incase you are looking to buy some. Found the staff to be rude. Manager Jamie also had problems in me taking pictures of the store, it seems to be against their policy. Upon confronting, he said that we have to maintain privacy of the female staff and customers. Store was pretty much empty, still not sure why they had problems and I did not find a single female staff working in the store. So it was clear that they simply had problems in anyone taking pics. Why register on Google if have objections in Google Guide taking pictures? They want you to seek their permission and I choose not to visit this location. Reviews can either build or destroy a business. I was just trying to help. Never had problems with other Save-on Foods location. Not sure if it's the Save-on policy or this locations but it wasn't a pleasant experience for sure.

Great place to shop, I feel very secure going in compared to other stores in the city. It does take some getting used to with active security. Other than that the store has a great wide selection, the staff is very friendly and the deli is old school.

Their team is Outstanding, very supportive and nice, especially Lady works at front with self checkout and back staff. Round applause for whole staff and management team I am grateful to shop here.

Great selection fresh produce and meat and bakery. Clean well stocked store u use flip app to save money and I love the staff very friendly and helpful
