Really friendly staff and a HUGE selection of products. They also have a halal meat section with ample choice including mince, chicken, cured meats etc. Also visited the pharmacy and staff were very helpful there.

My favorite store, good prices, fresh products, with all the goods you need to home, kitchen, bathroom, etc. Also they have an international section with goods from Asia, Latin America, India and more

I've been filling prescriptions here for 2 1/2 years. One of my meds is always in short supply, so I give them lots of time to order more and fill the entire amount. Apparently 5 days isn't enough time. I had to make a special trip to pick up the balance owing. There's no point calling ahead because the pharmacy is so understaffed they don't answer the phone. The only think keeping me from giving them 2 stars is that all the pharmacy employees wear masks.

Normally don’t shop at Superstore even though I live close by. I like the selection but the size and busyness of the store often keeps me away. Today I wanted to pick up some specialty items in the imported food isle. As I was looking around a very thoughtful and kind employee asked if I needed some help. Believe his job was stocking the shelves. It he seemed to find great pleasure in helping me plus other customers. He not only helped me find what I wanted but made excellent recommendations and offered choices. I took my items but realized I had forgotten an item so went back. The employee remembered me and teased that I had been standing right in front of this item earlier. Your store is fortunate to have employees who go out of their way to please people,. Our world needs more kind souls like this gentleman. There was also a nice young lady in the next aisle who also left her job stocking to take me to the product I was looking for. Congratulations and thanks to these considerate and helpful individuals.

Great store! Love the prices and I always do grocery pickup as it’s super busy. Not a fan of going inside due to line ups but pick up is wonderful.

I really like the variety of items you can get here. I would shop here more often but I can't handle the incredibly long line ups at the tills. It reminds me if Costco.

I would say the store as a whole is ok . But if you buy flash foods, don't... It seems every 2 out of 3 times my food is gone, they make me put I for credit . Go to westbank, they go get your food . And service u there . In kelowna They let u get your own, and they take your word, it's yours .. so u can take anything that's close ..... terrible service overall at the service desk ....

DO NOT GET DELIVERY FROM SUPERSTORE. MORE THAN HALF OUR FOOD WAS SUBSTITUTED AND SOME JUST DIDNT COME AT ALL. IT WAS DELIVERED BY DOOR DASH TERRIBLY. I SUGGEST SAVEON IF YOU WANT A DECENT EXPERIENCE. ENDED UP GOING TO THE STORE ANYWAY AS NOTHING THAT SHOWED UP COULD BE USED TOGETHER TO MAKE A MEAL. IF 0 WAS AN OPTION I WOULD CLICK IT.

Great pricing, popular location. Unfortunately, it's just so popular that it's hard to get basic staples like kale, onions, or frozen vegetables if you arrive late in the day.

Why do you have a wine section if you don't want to keep it stocked? I understand running low of certain brands but there's no excuse for the completely empty wine section i consistantly see when I go there. I go to Peter's YIG now, because I can get everything I need and the wine section is fully stocked.
