My child had surgery at Humber river, after we went to the Rexall in the lobby of the hospital for the pain medication, we were told a 20 min wait, after 10 -15 min later they told us that the prescription paper wasn't clear and needed to be clarified, they said to go back upstairs to see the nurses , I asked the pharmacy if they could call  the nurse/ doctor instead, they said " oh were not affiliated with the hospital , sorry you have to go back upstairs, so my wife went upstairs to track down busy doctors and nurses to get another prescription , they told my wife " why didn't the pharmacy just call us " . My poor daughter just wanted to go home instead we waited in total about 30 -40 mins . Our experience was awful.
