Shoppers Drug Mart

Easily the worst shoppers drug mart in all of Toronto. There is no customer service. Staff will waste your time on purpose.nnHave had multiple issues with staff being extremely rude while checking out.nnIt's funny how the staff will let people steal in front of them but harass paying customers and waste their time on purpose. It took 3 staff members and 10 minutes to process a coupon. Disgrace. The manager has checked out mentally and wouldn't even help.nnThe staff couldn't even read the coupon fully. It was disturbing. They have a security guard but aggravate customers on purpose.. maybe that's why they need a security guard.nnHonestly I pray for people like yall please get better, it's a cruel world but there's no need to perpetuate the madness. You shouldn't have that job if you can't do basic customer service tasks. Even if the service was rude if it could have been processed faster I wouldn't be making this comment.nnTHREE PEOPLE TO PROCESS MY TRANSACTION. I would love to speak with the owner!nnI feel bad for the older women working I know it's a Sunday night at 12:30am I have sympathy, but I'm disturbed by the manager literally not even attempting to help. She stood there and half did something.

This pharmacy is horrible. I gave my prescription and was told to me back in 25 min. I came back 30 min later and they said it’s not ready. The pharmacist calls the person i dropped it off to come and make the medication. They were standing around talking &doing nothing the whole time. I was sitting on the side watching them the whole time. Will def not come back. There’s a Walmart just 3 min from this location go there instead for faster and proper service. Y’all are wasting people’s time for no reason. If it took 10 min to get it ready after i came back why not originally get it done in 10 min. I’m def not shopping at shoppers drug mart if that’s the reason the pharmacy makes people wait so long the prices there are ridiculous.

I've never had a more difficult experience with a pharmacist in over 3years of being on this medication the current pharmacist on duty at 11 30am on Saturday May 18 wouldn't help despite my valid prescription being right infront of her and then refused to give me her name or show me her license number to avoid accountability of her terrible customer service and refused to give me her supervisor or anyone that could hold her accountable contact information as well.nPlease feel free to write me back anyone that can do anything about this horrible unforgiving woman.nThanks have a nice day.

This Shoppers Drug Mart is located at 123 Rexdale Blvd. Is one of my favorite drug stores. It is nice, clean, neat and things are organized on the shelves.nAlthough, it is not convenient for me to visit this store, because of the distance, still I'd to drop in when I passed by.nRecently, I had a medical problem, just about to faint over while I was waiting for my drugs to pick up They called the Paramedic for me, while I was waiting for the Paramedic, they took excellent care of me, brought me water and 4 pills for me to chew to prevent the heart attack.nTheir caring, kindness and helping are greatly appreciated and thankful.

I’ve been to different shoppers dmart but customer service here is unmatched, I came Monday morning and was greeted by Michelle with a lovely smile she was very polite, I felt welcome and got everything I needed for my trip she was very patient and answered all my queries regarding about my skin this will be my go to shoppers from now on thank you for all your help hope to see her on my next visit !,,,
