You feel at ease coming here with profroessinals like him working in this field. His staff are also very pleasant and polite. Always had amazing experiences coming here. Best pharmacist in the town Mr .Abdul wajid give service with smiles. I found him always helpful and he give best advice. I believe once anyone visit this pharmacy have to come again when needed . Abdul Wahid is the most knowledgeable, reliable and most importantly kind pharmacist you will ever meet! He has cared for my senior parents for more than 15 years and has treated them like members of his own family for that ENTiRE time. There has never been an error, he has caught possible conflicts of meds when different doctors have prescribed meds that elderly bodies might not be able to tolerate and has guided me as a sole caregiver who is not medically trained through very difficult times. I would recommend him and his staff wholeheartedly to anyone who is interested in customer service excellence that reaches beyond the call of duty each and every time.

Mr. Abdul Wajid of Rexdale Mall Pharmacy has over the course of many years been the absolute personification not only of great customer service, but of the willingness to go over and above. Abdul without fail personally delivered medication to my elderly parents. At other times, if it was urgent he always brought prescritions out to my car, in consideration of my own personal disability. When my mother passed away, he attended the funeral. Amazing from someone who is just connected to us through our business relationship, but not so amazing now that over the years he has become a family member in out hearts. Always polite, smiling. Customers, scratch that, PEOPLE are simply number one for him.

The Phamarcist owner is a wonderful person, gave discount when I dont have insurance cover. some of the medication he did not even charge money....best service ever. Thank you, god bless you.
