Clean and nice staff very friendly manager thought it was odd that I was taking pictures for Google Maps though so I guess I could say would be secured as well it would be nice if they had an added section for groceries like some other rexall's but probably would take a big overall to do that otherwise decent selection for the size of the place has more or less everything I need

I have never seen such lack of culture, rude service. I will never go there again.

Awful service. I waited 30 minutes for my prescription. The pharmacist was too busy being nice to addicts - they didn't need to wait a minute! When I complained, he said these people were in a hurry. I was in pain, but apparently some people are more important than other.
On top of that, they couldn't find me in their system. Do they even know how to keep their records?
I will never go there again.

As far as that comment goes for them being nice to addicts, hmmm it's pretty sad that some people think that way. Remember addict or not they are a known customer that goes there everyday first of all. What people are not allowed to make mistakes in their lives and have to be labeled as that. Also for anyone who also know if you are a person that is going there the first time or just walking ing in to fill a script. You have no idea if they have others before that have called, already came and dropped theirs script of, or whatever that case may be. Oh, my what is this world coming to that people don't have any common sense or patience nowadays. I know they Pharmacy staff all of them very well and they are Excellent workers. Also good friends on top of that. Some people need to stop being so stuck up and selfish and think outside the box of why you may have waited so long. Or just shut up and go somewhere else. That store is always kept in tip top condition and the workers in the front are amazing people also.
