PharmaChoice Kipling Heights

Kipling Heights Pharmacy has always provided me with outstanding personalized customer service. They always return phone calls when messages are left and generally already have the "wheels in motion" when they return your call. Rexall and especially Shoppers Drug Mart would be wise to adapt a parallel model or begin answering phone calls in the first place! Did I say, "outstanding"?

I love this pharmacy. The staff are always friendly and answer any questions you may have. I've gone here a few times when they had patients that were being rude but the staff would speak to them patiently and still give them the information they needed. The wait isn't usually too long if you're picking up a prescription. The staff is also very thoughtful. I've been going here for years and one of them noticed the cost of my medication was higher than usual. Turns out my new insurance hadn't gone through and they updated it right there and then before I paid for my medication so I wouldn't have to pay the whole price. It's the little things like this that I really appreciate in people.
