I was wondering why all my neighbors advice me to go to Kipling Pharmacy which they go to., and When I did I realized the reason. The cleanliness, thaw arrangement, accuracy, professionalizing, and the warm welcome you receive from Nancy the owner and the staff makes you feel like you know them from long ago. Compared to other pharmacies we went to before, Kipling Pharmacy offers much lower prices for our prescription meds. … I was surprised to notice that, since I used to think that all pharmacies were to be charging the same amount for the exact same medication, which turned to be wrong! It’s not just about how much money it saves you when going there, it’s also and above all, that Kipling Pharmacy is a place - unlike any other- which puts the best interest of patients first and as a top priority, even if it would mean less profit to them … From the first time you are welcomed in, you feel like you are in your own place. Nancy, the pharmacy owner, is a highly knowledgeable and experienced pharmacist, who takes very good care of her patients and provides a fast and quality service.. She provides personalized customer service that far exceeds any other pharmacy. We always feel that our precious health is in safe hands … The friendly way in which Nancy and her amazing staff greet everyone entering the pharmacy, makes us all feel at home, in OUR own secure place … They know who I am. I walk in and they say hi to me by name. They would even recognise my voice over the phone, especially Nancy, who has an extraordinary ability to learn the names of all her patients, to notice voices right away on the phone and to welcome everyone with her smile in an exceptionally warm and very personal but still highly professional way into her pharmacy. It's very different from using big chain pharmacies. They never leave you stuck, as they proactively reach out to the doctors requesting refills and dealing with medication problems, following up and sparing patients lots of headache .. Nancy and her staff are very efficient, friendly and helpful, always willing to go above and beyond to help out their customers, very attentive and responsive to all the patients’ needs. This is the first pharmacy that has made me feel welcomed, appreciated and genuinely cared for. The Team at Kipling is exceptional. They show a level of customer care that I haven't received anywhere else: Friendly, fast and awesome! They work for your business and interact with you on a personal level that is unmatched. You cannot get this kind of prompt and courteous service at a chain drugstore. The attention to detail they show means so much when dealing with medications. Love them! I rate them as Excellent and if I had an option to give more than 5 stars, I would have definitely done so …. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kipling Pharmacy to anyone wanting to be treated like family. You won’t be disappointed.

Really clean pharmacy and all very nice. I called before heading over to see if they had a flu vaccines available that day and I was told there was only a few left. As soon as I came in they were quick to give me the patient forms and had me sit, administered the shot, and had me wait for ten minutes. Had my flu shot done here in previous years but this was the quickest yet and you can really tell they all care about their jobs and have a high standard of patient care. I'll definitely try moving my prescriptions out of shoppers and down here!

Nancy and staff are so receptive to my medical needs and medications. She always treats me with kindness and I will always visit her pharmacy even though I’m a little further away. Thank you for your knowledge and professional expertise.

If I was to give less than one star I would have done so. If you want to be insulted, if you want people raising their voices with you then this is the place to go. This pharmacy entered the program to vaccinate people against Covid...but when you phone for an appointment, no appointment is available, they are always out of stock. I live at a walking distance to this pharmacy but have to travel to get my family and myself vaccinated. I will ask Ontario Health to check on this pharmacy and why they included it in their vaccination program.

I have known Nancy for several years now and remember the first time I met her. She has the same smile and warm greeting even to this day. I continue to use this pharmacy because of her and the cost of medication is reasonable than others in the area. Thank you Nancy for all you do for our community and also to your staff.

Nancy is a God sent, she is an angel. Her staff are always accommodating and everyone treats you with respect and kindness , thank you Nancy and God bless you.

I have known Nancy for many years since she was at Hy and Zels at 2141 Kilpling. Always a pleasure to deal with Nancy and staff and even though I have moved out of the city and up North, I still come to Nancy because of her great service that she has provided continuously throughout the years.
