Revelstoke Lodge

Needed a single night while I was in town and this place proved to be pretty clean, quiet and was decently priced compared to the chain hotels near the highway. The room I was in had been nicely updated considering the age of the place. You're also right in town, so walking distance to nearly everything. Easy to book online directly through their website. Friendly, straight forward check in and a key drop for the morning. Seemed safe and I liked being able to park my vehicle right out front. I would definitely recommend supporting this local business. I'll probably be back myself!

Booked this last minute and it was honestly a great experience. Their deluxe rooms had been renovated recently and we had two of them, both amazing for the price for the area. Mel who I spoke to twice was very helpful and friendly. Location is perfect, very central to downtown. Rooms were very clean.

Im European, so Id prefer a room with more free space, not occupied by beds, and a split air conditioning unit, which isnt that noisy, but nevertheless the room was clean, furniture was new, service was good and there was plenty of snow during Christmas.

Staff are great and helpful however, the rooms are pretty dingy. There was mold all over the curtains. Toiletries were empty and the fan in the bathroom sounded like a helicopter. The AC turned on but provided little to no cool air. Not adequate for the price point.

The front desk team here is excellent, the rooms clean and the location impeccable. The beds and pillows are not at all. The assembly of pillows cobbled together in our room seemed like throwaways from local residents and the beds are far from hotel grade. Soft and unsupportive. For a $280/night hotel, I expected more. The owners have done a good job in aesthetically upgrading an older motel, but beds and pillows are the required step to validate the price. All that being said, Revelstoke is a resort town and everything is now quite expensive so they can charge higher rates and get away with it.
