I love this restaurant so much that whenever I’m near Ottawa or Montreal, I drive the extra few hours to eat here. Their pasta is amazing. So many to recommend but my favorite is the mussels, one of the best pastas I ever had. The waiter was really nice too, everyone is so friendly and amazing food. I will continue to come here especially during ski season

Originally opened in 1984, this beloved Italian restaurant later found its permanent home inside the beautifully restored Canadian Pacific Railway station, reopening on June 30, 1988. Stepping inside feels like stepping back in time, where the history of the building blends perfectly with the warm, lively atmosphere of the restaurant.nnThere’s plenty of space for large gatherings, and as you walk through, you’ll appreciate the character and stories held within the walls. The kitchen is spotless, and you can see how much care and attention the chefs put into every dish.nnWe came with a group of 16 and had an amazing time delicious food, welcoming service, and an experience that felt both special and authentic. From the moment you enter, the atmosphere envelops you – vaulted ceilings, vintage artifacts, and architectural details that whisper stories of the past.nnWe were a group of 10, and every moment was flawless. Despite a busy night, the service was nothing short of exceptional. Eric, the warm and gracious manager, personally welcomed us and gave me a fascinating tour of the building—both upper and lower floors—sharing historical insights with genuine enthusiasm. Not once did we feel like an imposition despite the full house.nnAnd the food? Truly unforgettable. The pizzas are handcrafted, thin-crust masterpieces with a burst of fresh, bold ingredients. Each variety tells its own story—traditional, rustic, and packed with flavor that photos simply can’t capture. The desserts sealed the evening: the crème brûlée had the perfect golden crackle I even added a video! and the chocolate mousse cake was decadent, silky, and otherworldly.nnA special shoutout to our host Ann, who kept the mood light and joyful throughout our two-hour stay. We left with full hearts and fuller stomachs, already planning our return. We came here for dinner in April of 2025 and it didn't disappoint! The staff were super friendly and helpful.nnOne of the staff members drew my son some very quick pictures which he thought were very cool.nnWe ended up settling on garlic bread to start, penne for our son, margherita pizza for myself and tortellini for my wife.nnThe food was all superb and we had an excellent all around experience. My son who loves trains thought it was so neat that the restaurant used to be an old train station too.nn5/5n

We tried the pizza and pasta made with Chef Benny’s special recipes, and both were very tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they answered all of our questions. For dessert, we had the cheesecake and it was good. The restaurant is set in an old train station, which gives it a nice and unique atmosphere.
