The name of this place is misleading. It's not an Italian restaurant; it's a diner and not a good one at that. Food here is barely edible IMHO and very expensive for what you get.

Where to start, mozzarella sticks were alright, onion rings were soggy and fries were soggy. The sauce, when your restaurant is called the spaghetti house you'd better have a really good spaghetti sauce. This one was bland and missing thickness, as if it had added water to give more per batch. The smoked meat sandwich is no Montreal smoked meat, it's cold.cits from a deli counter. The saving grace was the pizza, nice crispy crust with generous toppings however overpriced.

We overall received a standard experience, however, our main menu item that we ordered was unfortunately over cooked. Fortunately the staff members offered to refund us the cost, and even offer a secondary meal, at no charge. The service was magnificent. Exceptional family friendly service that is heart warming. The seating is subpar. A wide area of booths, and smaller tables are available that welcomes any customers. Unfortunately, the chicken burger which we ordered tasted slightly frozen. Overall, this restaurant can be visited for occasional suppers or lunches. It is still not a choice I would recommend on a regular basis.
