Hôtel Mont-Tremblant - Comfort Inn Tremblant

Beautiful exterior and immaculate interior. Free Internet and a good selection of tv channels to enjoy while resting up for your next trip to the hill. Very comfortable double beds. Satisfying and delicious self serve breakfast including eggs, sausage, pastries, cereals, toast, fruit, coffee and juices. Plenty of parking and an excellent view of the picturesque snow globe town from my room. Down sides no bathtub, shower only and no food available after breakfast. Still rate 4/5, would recommend.

Hotel looked nice from outside and in the lobby. Staff wasn't that friendly. At least the two girl's at the front desk, I asked questions about the hotel and pool and i seemed to be bothering them. Maybe because I'm English or they just didn't want to be bothered serving people that day, don't know I went down the street and rented next to the cage aux sports on the 117. They were very friendly there.

Rooms are cozy and the location is great. The staff can be hot/cold. They are nice off the bat but don't dare piss them off. I asked for a late check-out on arrival for 12:45pm; I was told it wasn't a problem. The front desk called in the morning to inform me check out was for 11a.m. I again asked for a late check out and that it was arranged the night before. Again was told it was not a problem, that they would bill for the extra time on a hourly increment. (Agreed) 30 minutes later. I got a knock on my door by the cleaning staff. Oh boy did I get an earful. Not only that, I tried to tell her I spoke with the front desk twice. I got the eye roll and a sarcastic "okay have a good day".

There were plenty of clean towels and the beds were really comfortable. The curtains don't close, so everyone could see inside the room. Also, the light from the parking was very bright. There's a loud humming from the ventilation. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Spent 1 night at this hotel feb 14 .They had a promotion for St Valentines day. Night stay with wine,and supper at Steak Frites St Paul. Everything went better than expected.Room was great! Food fantastic.Breakfast included AA1.Would highly recommend your stay at this hotel.Spa in and out also Fantastic!! Ok
