Dans un cadre ancestral, serein et chaleureux nous vous proposons un concept unique de pierrade qui consiste en une pierre de lave chauffée à plus de 650 F offrant une surface naturelle idéale pour une cuisson sans gras ajouté. Ce concept vous permet de choisir parmi un large choix de viandes et de poissons tel que filet mignon, autruche, thon, bison, fruits de mer, kangourou, cerf, wapiti, chameau etc. Séverine, la patronne, vous accueillera et assurera un service attentif et personnalisé.

Pierrade refers to a volcanic stone resting above a heating element maintaining the heat to more than 650 F. It's a great and healthy way to cook without adding fat.
