Le Steak Frites

I have never had such bad service. The waitress I swear forgot us and we had to stop her multiple times to order dessert. It's as though since we had ordered a package deal with hotel that she could care less about us.

What a disaster, showed up at 5:35 was seated and brought water. Then nobody came to take out order until 6:05, the restaurant was almost empty, the other tables were being served and we were forgotten. They have a table d'hôte menu that is cheaper before 6 but we weren't eligible because it was now past 6pm. The steaks, we both ordered medium rare and it was well overcooked. However once again we were forgotten and were only checked on 30 minutes later. By that time it had been well over an hour that we had been there and weren't going to wait to eat. Another wait of 15-20 minutes to get more fries and after ordering desserts we asked for the bill at the same time. We received dessert but no bill, asked for the bill again to finally receive it and wait standing next to our table for 15 minutes waiting to pay. Needless to say that a nice steak dinner shouldnt take over 2.5 hours to eat especially when we had other events planned for that night.

Very good restaurant. The meat was excellent. However Fries could be a little bit longuer. Had a lot of small pieces. It would also be nice to have a wine menu even if you can bring yours. My boyfriend and I only wanted one glass.

Disappointing. Their signature steak was tough and lacking flavor. Escargot was over cooked and dry. French fries were good. Waitress was overworked. Cannot recommend this place.

Allow you to bring your own wine with a corkage fee.
