Subway

Quite busy but no long line up. There are 3 servers so the food preparation is very efficient. Place is clean. Servers are pleasant.nThey prepare the subs well. We ask to toast them twice and the results are good. Their buns are fresh. They have crispy onions that I don’t see in other subway restaurants. There are lots of parking outside and it’s on the Main Street - Rue de St Jovite. Very convenient location. They are pharmacies, dollarama and giant tiger close by.nI have already been here several times. I’ll return.

We stopped by this Subway with my family and had a really great experience. The place was clean, the staff were super friendly, and they made our sandwiches just the way we wanted. Everything was fresh and tasted great. My family loved it too! It was a quick, easy, and enjoyable stop. Highly recommend !

Highly disappointed with the service. The lady was very rude. I donot know her name but very uncooperative. Highly unacceptable behaviour. As a tourist we felt very partiality. Please never visit this place again. The lady was a closing girl. We requested a lot to her but she was one of the rudest person i have ever met in Quebec. As well as she make a order of the person comes after us as because that customer was local and speaks french. we requested a lot but she did not make our order . This is so unfair behaviour. Please avoid going to this subway.

This subway location was really good, we were a big group and we ordered 10 footlongs online in their busy lunch hours, when we went there to pick up there was a big line of customers already but they still made our subs so perfectly and fully loaded with veggies. Really appreciate the effort, I think there was the store owner/ manager present and he was really helpful and made perfect subs for us.

Our recent visit with friends turned into a nightmare due to the horrific behaviour of the restaurant staff.nDespite our group being mostly vegetarians, the staff showed no regard for our dietary preferences and treated us with utter disrespect. When we politely asked them to prepare our sandwiches separately to avoid any meat touching the veggies, they were incredibly rude and dismissive, refusing to change their gloves between orders. The attitude didn't improve when my husband and I tried to place our order together – the staff indirectly made a mocking comment directed at my husband, which we tried to brush off. But the disrespect continued throughout our visit.nnWhen we ordered a mozzarella Bella sandwich and requested a veggie patty, the staff's reaction was downright hostile, as if our simple request was an inconvenience to them. Even though pesto was listed as an ingredient on the menu, they didn't include it in our sandwich until we pointed it out, and then they did so frustratingly, as if we were being unreasonable. The staff appeared so frustrating that he eventually wrapped my sandwich as it appeared in the picture.nAnd when my husband asked for a veggie delight with a veggie patty, the staff initially refused and then reluctantly added one patty, making it clear that we wouldn't be getting any more.nnThe whole experience was incredibly disappointing and left us feeling disrespected and undervalued as customers. The staff is very mean, rude, and extremely racist. We won't be returning to that restaurant anytime soon, and we'll be sure to share our negative experiences with others. It's disheartening to see so many similar comments and still no action taken for such a renowned brand like a subway!
