Seasonal lodging located along 180 feet of sandy beach in Houghton Lake's East Bay.

Story

Proudly family owned and operated, we have been serving our guests that "home away from home" feeling since 2002. We offer cozy, inviting rooms, kind & quick service, and a fun, relaxing atmosphere. While enjoying your stay, you are welcome to use our recreation area, where you'll find barbeque grills, picnic tables, and beach furniture. If your interests take you outside of our resort, we are just minutes away from miles of trails, a variety of canoe liveries, golf courses, family fun centers, shopping centers, restaurants and much, much more. We also host nightly bonfires complete with complimentary smores and the best view of the sunset on Houghton Lake.

The rooms are nice and I think it's neat that they use real keys for their doors. The lake is beautiful. My only issue is that the rooms have sliding glass doors with only one lock. Not so great of you have an adventurous toddler.

Excellent vacation getaway, great beach, bonfires and people. Cant wait for next time!

Managers Kirk and Lane were great, very friendly and helpful people. Spent a weekend doing a little fishing and couldn't be more pleased. Nice little motel, room was clean, didn't have to bring any sheets or cooking utensils, they had a grill to cook on. Also had a big fire pit on the water. Didn't have breakfast or fish cleaning station but brought our own food to cook and bf used a picnic table and outlet/hose which was available and convenient. Met some nice people who were happy with their stay as well. For a little more then the price of camping, can't beat this place which had great views of the lake. We come up to fish the area several times a year and i think we found a place we will be using for our stay in the future.
