Beachfront Hotel Houghton Lake

We stayed here with our three kids. We were hoping to stay for two nights and enjoy the beaches at Houghton Lake but the weather and the fact that it was Bud Bash weekend made that not possible. Because of the rowdy crowds at the hotel (which was no fault of the hotel), we decided to cut our stay short. The staff was able to accommodate us and sell our room to another party so that we didn't have to pay for the night we weren't staying. We will definitely be back on a less crazy weekend!

Our family of 5 came from out of state to visit family for 4 days they recommended this hotel I have to say when we entered the staff was nice the hotel was beautiful our room was nice other than couple defects from normal wear and tear but after one night of staying there we had to take our children into grayling emergency because they had small bites come to find out it was indeed bed bugs I was very disgusted and ruined our whole vacation. Definitely won't be staying here in near future!!

Hotel is located right on the lake shore. The views are gorgeous. The beach is nice with fire pits and lounge chairs. Free breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay. Will recommend to friends & family. Thank you!

I enjoyed the rooms. I had the room with a view of the beach. Very clean. Well maintained. Very serene location. Variety of food for breakfast. Indoor heated pool with Jacuzzi. Fitness room and laundry rooms are available.

I have to say the Hotel staff was very nice, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was great both days.
