Breakfast is poor, small portions and high prices. Coffee was cold. Worst breakfast I have had in Halifax. The meat lovers skillet, wow I couldn't even tell if there was any meat in it, there was more green onion than meat. The biggest breakfast was 2 eggs and 1 meat for $12 which would be around $4 less anywhere else.

...staff are very friendly and attentive. nice atmosphere. prices reasonable. i had the butternut squash soup and mashed potatoes. servings were pretty good. food tasted good. no complaints with these two items. however, a big negative is this....when served a portion of "butter" for my potatoes i instantly smelled the horrible chemical aroma of a cheap margarine.....it was confirmed that it was indeed margarine and not butter....very distasteful and unusual for a restaurant this caliber. disappointing.....

Stopped here for a dinner date. Service was excellent and the food was delicious, even though the presentation of the entrees wasn’t spectacular. Would definitely go again!
