Been here a few times. Knowledgable staff. The younger appearing employees aren't very respectful. Snappy and act like children in front of customers.. I understand since this business is locally owned and slower paced there is more leniency, but it's still a paid job, not high school. Feel the need to mention these employees are younger men. Not referring to the newer girl in the store, though admittedly I was skeptical about her age I'm guessing 15. Would actually like to add that she helped me look for a few items and was patient/respectful with me despite me being irritated with the employees in other aspects and my English speech being hard to understand. Because of the pleasantly surprising apologies for the ageist assumption service aimed at me I'll give a five star review, but just bear in mind that many of your employees need to brush up on their ethics. Anyways cheers to you all, just a friendly reminder for your employees because other customers may not be as kind about it.

Great place with very knowledgeable and friendly staff. The lady at the paint counter is amazing at colour matching. They have quality inventory and, if they don't have it in store, they'll be happy to order it in for you. It's also my dog's favourite store because she always gets a treat. She gets super excited if I say "Redmonds"!

I don't usually review places, that's my wife's thing but... Stopped by today and you have the nicest little local place I've seen in awhile . The employees are super kind compared to the places nearby . My wife will definitely be coming with next time ! Cashier serving me seemed new and she didn't have a name but she was kind and respectful and pointed me in the direction of the pool stuff and we chatted for a hot second about it gotta love the hassle of a 21 year old pool ha-ha . She honored the sales price for an item up front after a failed scan too . Talked to another kind gentleman on my way out . Will definitely be coming back for pool stuff and definitely PAINT . Might even bring my dog as they seem to really like the furry troublemakers there . You guys are doing well

Classic rural home hardware. They have everything you could possibly need and even a few things you probably don't but would want to bring home anyway! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and care about the people in their community that they serve. Why would you go anywhere else.

Anything you are looking for at Canadian Tire with regards to home items can usually be found cheaper at Home Hardware. For example I went to purchase a new flexible exhaust pipe for my new dryer. Canadian Tire was $39.00. I thought that was over priced and went accross the street. Same one $15.00. Also the service level and product knowledge was much better at Redmonds.

Reminds and the f9rmer Redmonds owners were fantastic. Supported the community with boy scout fundraisers and just felt old school good. Good people. I had the chance to shop this weekend for an emergency boat part, called, a human answered, walked to find it. I stopped in and the new owners or staff all seemed just as friendly. Y all got lucky with this local business... new people are good people

Redmond's Home Hardware is practically a reason to live in this community! They have an excellent selection of almost everything you need for home maintenance, repair, and renovation. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and experienced. They can help you with what you need and what you need to do.
