Well let me say this after being in the store for 10 min. Searching for some help, I ran into someone in another department. She got me with the right person. Great help, but guess what they were the only people I saw working and it's a huge store. So back to the help I got. I wish I new her name cause I would give her a 10 out of 10. Awesome girl, what she didn't know she found out, girl need a raise. Very very helpful I left with everything I went for and then some. Wonderful lady. Sorry I didn't get your name so you could get a big pat on the back. I'll look for you the next time I am in and will not forget your name.

I must commend the service received at this store. I bought an AC with a remote. The remote worked only a few times. Called CT and NOMA but they could not help. Today I called the store and brought the remote back. Both the young lady and the man who helped me with a replacement were efficient and professional. They solved the problem professionally. Great employees CT!

We ordered an item online to be picked up on site. The order was cancelled 12 hours later by the store, as they finally sold out of inventory during the day. So we were left empty handed. Unfortunately, not everyone is able to take time off work to pick up a prized item when the store opens. They should do a better job of managing their inventory, it would save time, frustration and disappointment for the customers.

I went there last week for the first time, I think it will be the last time. I had an appointment for oil change and Battery replacement for my wife car. We got the car after couple hours and we paid the full amount for both services and they told my we put synthetic oil and it is good to drive 10k kilometers. After we left I noticed by chance that no one did the oil change. Just imagine that if didn't notice that then my wife will drive 10k on top of the 10k already driven what will happen to the engine? I went back to them they said ok mistake happen take another appointment and we will do the oil change for you. No one said sorry for this big mistake, no one offer to give me the next day an appointment. I took my money back.

They have good sales if you get there before everything is gone. I find their stores rather crowded. They should leave the center iles clear.

Canadian Tire always has the best deals. Sometimes it takes time and patience to find an employee who can help you with questions or finding a certain item.

Great selection in this location, and the service is good. Staff was helpful, the store was very organized and easy to find what you are looking for, which is very good in any store. We were looking for blinds and to our surprise, found exactly what we were looking for here.

canadian tire bedford. what do i say. have shopped canadian tire since i can remember and that is 50+ yrs. i have recently visited this store and found an ignorant and abusive staff member at the customer service desk. this individual appears to enjoy her behaviour. no more purchases at bedford canadian tire. frankly my shopping will drastically decline at all canadian tire outlets after this experience.

Awful customer service. New wood splitter was defective out of the box and they won't let me exchange it. Brand new product and I have to send it away for repair instead of an exchange.

Quality wise, there goods are best but price wise a bit expensive. I got a chance to buy stainless steel cookware on sale..n found it to be the best.
