Was in the store for about two hours. Spent about 30 minutes looking at snowblowers, than I went looking at other sections - tubs, window & doors, and smaller hardware. I wasn't acknowledged by any staff the entire time in the store. Had staff pass me; with other customers, that were trying to find product, and that were just walking. My intent was to buy a snowblower, and a few other house hold items. I left without buying anything. Extremely unimpressed with the store's customer service.

An icon in Sackville. The service is exceptional with many long term, knowledgeable employees dedicated to excellent customer service. Everything you would need to build or renovate. One of the best paint departments in HRM.
