Couldn’t be more satisfied. Excellent selection of heritage boots. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and willing to make sure you are totally satisfied woh your purchase. It’s the extra touches and care that matter most when making a significant purchase such as quality footwear. I will definitely recommend Scott and his team here going forward!

after checking out the new corporate store down the road and having a bad experience there, I came back to the Reddhart store which I have used in the past. Scott warmly welcomed me and got me into some new work boots....it was great he was able to let me choose between several different brands all meeting my needs. I'm a loyal customer forever....thanks Scott

Super fast and easy, I told him I prefer my steel toes in shoes rather than boots and explained my issue with width (my feet are absurdly wide, it's been nearly impossible to find shoes that fit) He had me stand on a scanner that measured my size, then went to the back and brought out a pair that was virtually a perfect fit in one try. I am so very impressed!

Exceptional service, great product I’ve visited this Reddhart location a few times in search of footwear, and have been extremely impressed by their service and selection. Staff is always very attentive and knowledgeable, and they were able to help me understand how brands fit and size differently, and what product would work best for me. I really appreciated their patience in making sure I left with boots I knew I’d be happy with. And it doesn’t hurt that they had the best prices in the city! Highly recommend, and will be returning for any future purchases.

Luke doesn't seem to have a lot of knowledge regarding work boots, Scott doesn't seem to really care about customer service. Wouldn't recommend Reddhart for Red Wing boots. Go elsewhere. Edit. You forgot to mention that I tried to exchange them with Luke within the 30 day comfort guarantee. Luke said he couldn't do it and pushed me into a pair of insoles. I didn't demand you install a free tuff toe. I asked for a replacement tuff-toe which I would have installed myself. Either way you are right I am wrong.
