Davinci

I always love the shoes, boots and bags they have. Only problem...they are expensive. I will say they are very good quality which you have to pay for. I always go every season to see what's new.

I love the shoes at Davincis'. My daughter and I probably have 5 pairs each, that have been purchased over the last few years. Unfortunately this last week I found out that they do not stand behind their product. My daughter purchased a pair of boots and the stitching at the top of the boot, completely unraveled. The boots where worn for 1 hour inside and had no scuffing on the bottom. I went to return the boots and was told, I could only get a store credit. I understand the need for companies to have return polices to protect themselves from customers who take advantage (wearing the item out once and returning it). But in this case the boots where flawed, they did offer to fix the stitching but I truly feel that it would have ripped again. We did receive the store credit. We will go after Christmas and pick up our last pair of boots from Davincis. Anyone know of another good boot store that stands behind their product?

they have nice shoes unique but expensive .. but I dislike the sales men and woman .. they don't make you feel comfortable for some reason .. and I they kinda pressure you in a settle way which i dislike very much .. i like to feel free and comfortable when i go to a store..even though I like the product I always feel uneasy going there
