Red Wing

After purchasing a pair of Redwing work boots from another store, I had terrible pains in my feet. I tried to exchange them with the original store with my receipt for proof of purchase with in the 30 day comfort guarantee but they would not help me out. I walked into the Redwing store and spoke with Tom, explained my situation to him about how much my feet hurt, how the store I purchased them from did not want to help me out. Tom proceeded to to grab me a few pairs of Redwing boots for me to try on until we found ones that fit perfect. He exchanged them for me with no problems whatsoever. Because I am a welder I tend to wreck the toes of my boots pretty quick so I purchased some Tuff Toe from Tom and he even installed the Tuff Toe on my new boots for me. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for amazing customer service and extremely comfortable work boots to go see Tom or his staff

I have been a great customer of the original Red Wing Stores ( now the Reddhart stores) Came to look at this new corporate store to see what they had....very little ! ....the staff were offhand and disinterested in serving me. This is my first and last visit...the Reddhart stores have Red Wings and a selection of other great brands to choose from, and the staff are real professionals. Seemed a lot more expensive as well.
