waited for someone to approach us to see if we needed help after being in the store for 10 minutes. no one did. they were all talking and standing around the front desk. finally a man coming in from outside who worked there asked if we had been helped. after purchasing a product I asked about something I had seen on the website and was told "that's too broad a question" and not offered any help at all. poor poor service.
